Every paper form and printout of the electronic policy should have a QR code in the upper right corner. This is an additional protection against counterfeiting. Read the QR-code (for example, using a special application on your smartphone) and look at the name of the wisconsin insurance company, policy number, date of issue and expiration date. Be sure to check the make, model, VIN and license plate number of your car. If you find a mistake, immediately contact your insurer and correct the data. Otherwise, the policy will be considered invalid and will not protect you from losses in case of an accident.

Originally from Burlington, WI, Attorney Manley now resides in Janesville with his fiancé.  When not practicing law, he likes to spend time outdoors with his family and friends, and looks forward to volunteering in the community.
