(www.brennansteil.com) served as co-presenter at the American Bankruptcy Institute 24th Annual Central States Bankruptcy Workshop at Traverse City, Michigan June 8-10, 2017. Johnson served as co-presenter of a program titled: Issues in Treatment of Trusts in Consumer Bankruptcy Cases along with fellow presenters Judge Mary Ann Whipple (Bankruptcy Judge for Northern District of Ohio), Attorney Todd Almassian (Michigan), Attorney Leon Mayer (Michigan).
Johnson is a shareholder with Brennan Steil and practices in the areas of general business, collections, intellectual property law (trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets), construction law and business litigation. She regularly presents at State Bar seminars on Collection Law, a seminar on Construction Law and participated as a business attorney in the UW-Madison Law School’s General Practice Course.
