NANCY B. JOHNSON

Nancy has been with the Firm since 1994 and practices in the areas of general business, collections, intellectual property law (trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets), construction law and business litigation. She is a shareholder and the managing partner of the Firm.
Nancy was a physics and math teacher at the college and high school level prior to becoming a lawyer. She remains committed to education and has been a presenter at State Bar seminars on Collection Law, a seminar on Construction Law and participated as a business attorney in the UW-Madison Law School’s General Practice Course. Further, Nancy has for several years co-authored the Creditor/Debtor Law Chapter of the State Bar’s Annual Survey of Wisconsin Law and previously co-authored an article for the Wisconsin Lawyer on collection law.
Nancy lives in Beloit, Wisconsin with her husband. She is active in the community in an environmental group, through her church and through other community organizations. She spends her free time with friends and family enjoying theatre, exercise, good food and keeping up with the grandchildren.
