Tara M. Spoon

Concentrating her practice in the areas of business law and estate planning, Tara M. Spoon joined the Firm in November, 2010.

Ms. Spoon graduated with honors in May, 2000 from Muskingum University, New Concord, Ohio with a B.S. in Biology and Environmental Science. She then attended Michigan State University College of Law and graduated with honors in May, 2006, with concentrations in environmental law and taxation. While in law school, she published her essay “Protecting Michigan’s Water Resources through Private Conservation Easements” in Michigan Environmental Law Journal, Vol. 24, No. 2 (2006).

Ms. Spoon was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in March, 2007 and the State Bar of Wisconsin in November, 2010. She is also a member of the Rock County Bar Association.

Ms. Spoon resides in Janesville with her husband.
