Nancy B. Johnson

Nancy B. Johnson has been with the Firm since 1994 and practices in the areas of general business, collections, intellectual property law (trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets), construction law and business litigation. She is a shareholder in the Firm.

Ms. Johnson was a physics and math teacher at the college and high school level prior to becoming a lawyer. She remains committed to education and has been a presenter at State Bar seminars on Collection Law, a seminar on Construction Law and participated as a business attorney in the UW-Madison Law School’s General Practice Course. Further, Ms. Johnson has for several years co-authored and continues to co-author the Creditor/Debtor Law Chapter of the State Bar’s Annual Survey of Wisconsin Law and co-authored an article for the Wisconsin Lawyer on collection law.

Ms. Johnson lives in Beloit, Wisconsin with her husband. She is active in the community in an environmental group, through her church and through other community organizations. She spends her free time with friends and family enjoying theatre, exercise, good food and keeping up with the grandchildren.
