Nancy B. Johnson

Joining the firm after earning her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 1994, Nancy B. Johnson practices in the areas of general business, collections, construction law, environmental law and business litigation. She is a shareholder in the firm.

Ms. Johnson completed her undergraduate degree in physics at the University of Illinois-Urbana in 1980; and then earned her Masters degree in science education in 1986. Ms. Johnson taught physics, math and general science at the high school and college level for four years.

Ms. Johnson is a member of the Rock County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association. Ms. Johnson also participates in various community organizations.

Ms. Johnson has co-authored an article for the Wisconsin Lawyer on collection law; has co-authored the Creditor/Debtor Law Chapter of the State Bar's Annual Survey of Wisconsin Law for several years; and has been a presenter at the State Bar seminars on Collection Law. Ms. Johnson has also been a presenter at a Construction Lien seminar and been a participating attorney for UW-Madison Law School's General Practice Course.
