Lynn M. Galbraith-Wilson

Concentrating in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, and family law is Lynn M. Galbraith-Wilson. Her experience has been gained through many years of document drafting, legal research, trial preparation, and investigation while working for clients at two Beloit Law firms since 1993.

Ms. Galbraith-Wilson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1987 with a double major in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Sparking her interest in the law, she then became a Certified Legal Assistant graduating from the Minnesota Legal Assistant Institute in 1987, and in 1993 graduated from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota. While in school, she published "The Call For State Legislation on Environmental Tobacco Smoke in State Prisons," Hamline Journal of Public Law and Policy, Vol. 13, Issue 2, Summer 1992.

She has been admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Wisconsin since 1993, and all courts of the State of Illinois since 1996, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the State Bar of Illinois and the Rock County Bar Association.

Ms. Galbraith-Wilson is very active in the community and volunteers in Girl Scouts of Badger Council, 4-H, Beloit Snappers and Zonta Club of Janesville. She resides in Janesville with her husband and daughter.
