Duffy Dillon

Duffy Dillon, a shareholder of Brennan Steil, is a litigator who focuses his practice on business disputes, insurance defense, personal injury, and criminal defense matters. He has handled litigation at both the trial and appellate levels involving contract disputes, employment matters, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, insurance coverage litigation, trademark infringement, trade secrets, consumer protection, riparian rights, zoning and land use, and personal injury matters.

Mr. Dillon was named by Wisconsin Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star in 2006 and 2007. Mr. Dillon has been admitted to practice in all Wisconsin State Courts, the U.S. District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court in the Central District of Illinois. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Rock County Bar Association.

Mr. Dillon earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Notre Dame in 1997. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000. While attending law school, he served as Senior Administrative Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, and he published "Child Custody and the Developmentally Disabled Parent," 2000 Wisconsin Law Review 127.

Mr. Dillon currently serves as President of the Janesville Performing Arts Center and as a director of Janesville Youth Baseball. He resides in Janesville with his wife and two children.
