Duffy Dillon

As a resident attorney of the Janesville office, Duffy Dillon focuses his practice on trial work, including business and other civil litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, and criminal defense matters. He was named by Wisconsin Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star in 2006 and 2007.

Mr. Dillon earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Notre Dame in 1997. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000. While attending law school, he served as Senior Administrative Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, and he published "Child Custody and the Developmentally Disabled Parent," 2000 Wisconsin Law Review 127.

Mr. Dillon has been admitted to practice in all Wisconsin State Courts, the U.S. District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court in the Central District of Illinois. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Rock County Bar Association. He currently serves as Vice President of the Janesville Performing Arts Center and as a director of Janesville Youth Baseball. He resides in Janesville with his wife and two children.
