Dennis M. White

Dennis M. White received his B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Iowa in 1968 and his M.A. From the University of Wisconsin in 1971. He was a Field Examiner with the National Labor Relations Board for two years and then received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin in 1976. He concentrates his practice in labor relations, employment law, and corporate litigation.

Since earning his law degree, Mr. White has represented management in numerous labor disputes, including NLRB representation and decertification elections, unfair labor practice charges, contract negotiations, and strike situations. He also has extensive experience in handling discrimination charges and employment contract cases on behalf of management. He is a member of the Labor Law Section of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin (Member, Board of Directors, Labor Law Section 1996 – 1999.) He is also a member of the Litigation Section of the State Bar or Wisconsin

Mr. White has also served as President and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Optimist Club of Downtown Madison.
